Before Lisa Stansfield made it big in 1989, first with Cold Cut and then as a solo artist, she first appeared in a band called Blue Zone. The band added UK to the name in the US due to a name dispute.The band consisted of:
Lisa Stansfield on Lead Vocals
Ian Devany on Trombobe, Keyboard, Guitar and Backing Voculs Andy Morris on Trumpet, Fluglehorn, Electronic Keyboard and Backing Voculs.
'Thinking About His Baby' was released as a singe in 1987. On the B-Side was the track Big Thing.
These were then flipped in 1988 when the single 'Big thing' was given a release as a 12 inch single and promo single. Backed with the previous A-Side the 12 inch also included the Big Dub Club Mix.
'Thinking About His Baby' eventually reached number 79 in the UK singles Chart while 'Big Thing' failed to chart in 1988.
